Krista Haley, MSN, RN, is the founder of Impact Global Health, bringing over 27 years of nursing experience to create innovative healthcare solutions for international communities, clinics, and businesses. With expertise spanning cardiac care, electrophysiology, oncology, psychiatric care, and community health, she has served as a clinical educator, CPR & First Aid instructor, and Director of Clinical Quality Assurance across diverse healthcare settings in the United States and Ethiopia.

As CEO and Chief Nursing Officer of Impact Global Health, Krista serves on the board of the Global Safeguarding Collaborative and is a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She authored a chapter on medical professionals' safeguarding essentials for the AISA Safeguarding Handbook, contributing to the advancement of safeguarding practices in educational and healthcare settings.

Since relocating to Ethiopia in 2015 with her family, Krista has focused on providing medical education and care in remote areas while developing culturally sensitive healthcare solutions for international communities. Through Impact Global Health, she empowers schools, clinics, and businesses globally with healthcare coaching and training, policy development, and comprehensive wellness programs that support organizations in meeting international health and safety standards.

Krista is passionate about advancing healthcare through cross-cultural competence and inspiring others to achieve excellence within their cultural contexts. She and her husband Mark have been married for over 27 years and have three sons and one daughter. Together, they enjoy exploring Ethiopia's natural beauty.
